With a wealth of experience, including working in hospitals and being extensively trained in  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) I can help with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief counselling, life transitions, pre/postnatal/postpartum counselling, relationship counselling, self-esteem issues, affects of social media on mental health, stress management & burnout, suicidal ideation, trauma & PTSD treatment.  


Having spent over 8 years collaborating with a diverse range of individuals across all ages, I've learned the art of creating a warm and supportive environment that nurtures growth.
